Funny book

Jeannie, wandering around Coles bookstore today I noticed a book by Wilf Ferguson called "How to be a Canadian." It's a very funny satire of all the things we supposedly hold dear. I just leafed through it but it made me laugh out loud.

Thanks Brenda. I enjoy those books very much!
I hope it does not include the inevitable 'eh'. Did you ever use - or did you ever know someone who used that expression? Verbal trends interest me. I know it was a fashion some years ago to lift one's voice at the end of a declarative sentence and that annoyed me, but 'eh' sends me to new heights.
I'll look for this book. Eh?

Dear Brenda,

Isn't that a series? I recall seeing a similar one on Danes - read it in the bookstore (why should I buy it - I know how to be Danish already....), and it also made me laugh a lot. Some things were just so spot on, and it was funny to read about them in English!
