FORCE: Facing Our Risk of Cancer Empowered is collaborating with the University of Pennsylvania to improve health care delivery to women with family history of cancer. FORCE is an organization for women at risk of hereditary cancer due to family history of breast or ovarian cancer or a BRCA mutation. If you have a family history of breast or ovarian cancer or if you've had genetic counseling or testing, you can fill out this anonymous survey at the following link:
