While my grandson Jacob (orange shirt) and his friends wait patiently for the local amateur baseball team to break their huddle and sign post-game autographs, my granddaughter Hannah has already sneaked through the fence and charmed the players into signing her souvenir ball.

Congratulations on outsmarting the boys. You will soon learn, however - if you haven't already - that is not all that difficult a task.
Next time you might consider joining their group and negotiating the sale of your souvenir ball to one of the boys waiting. Then get your grandmother to share that photograph with us, too.
